State of the art of project implementation since the project start

After the achievement of almost four years of implementation, ELIH-Med contributed to show through pilot experimentations how to reach 2020 energy efficiency targets in the specific field of low-income housing. Energy refurbishment and smart meters installation in the 9 pilot sites have involved local actors related to energy efficiency and social housing as well as inhabitants, and intended to leverage innovative financing in order to complement ERDF and finance the refurbishment works. Latest project activities and outputs

After refurbishment completion, partners have been evaluating results of their works, enabled by the collection of energy consumption measures through questionnaires to inhabitants, and implementing raising awareness campaigns, closed by events at local level. Next key steps for the project
