Serious Game 2 tested the MEDESS4MS oil spill forecasting capabilities, by using its oil spill forecasting tools based on meteo-oceanographic models available in the area as well as the MEDESS4MS oil spill models. Besides, drifters were launched at the oil slick positions, to compare their drifts to the MEDESS-4MS’s predictions.
