National public co-financing – Public Investments Programme Procedure

Greek partners of projects selected within the framework of the MED Programme must provide the following documents to the Greek Managing Authority of the European Territorial Cooperation Programmes (M.A. for E.T.C.), through the Greek National Contact Point, in order to enable Greek public co-financing of the project:

1. A copy of the Letter of the MA / JTS, by which the partner and/or the Lead Partner was informed of the Decision of the Selection Committee to approve the project for funding

2. A copy of the approved Application Form, where the project is clearly described

3. A copy of the Subsidy Contract signed between the Managing Authority and the Lead Partner

4. A copy of the Partnership Agreement signed among all project partners.

Once the above documents are submitted, the Greek M.A. for E.T.C. Programmes shall provide the Partners with its consent for Greek public co-financing of the project to be activated. In any case, the partner must always make sure that the Greek NCP / M.A. of E.T.C. Progs is informed of any changes on project content as well as on partnership level.
