How to proceed and which deadlines to respect?

Like the first call for strategic projects, this call contains new rules compared to the ones applied on the Med traditional calls launched during 2008 and 2009. There will be firstly a draft proposal phase and then a full application phase.

FIRST PHASE: draft project until May, 31st 2011

The full application phase of the call is preceded by a compulsory period (1st of April – 31st of May) during which applicants shall fill in and send to the JTS their 'draft projects' using only the template provided.

A launching seminar will be organised on 7th April 2011 offering general technical information as well as individual consultation on project contents. More information

The submission of a completed draft project template is a precondition for the participation to the call. Please note that the access to the online system through which applications shall be submitted (PRESAGE CTE) will be given only to applicants having submitted their draft project template within the 31st of May 2011 (midnight, French local hour).

User name and password for the PRESAGE CTE access will be transmitted only to the eligible Lead Partner (state bodies or regional council bodies).

For any content related detail, please refer to the ‘Terms of Reference’ (ToRs). For each of the two objectives there are specific Terms of Reference. For detailed information on the submission procedure for draft projects, please rely to the relevant document below ('Announcement draft projects submission').
