Public procurement "Capitalisation" MED Programme

The MED Programme launched in July 27th, 2010 a public procurement announcement concerning the assistance and animation of the capitalisation work over a period of 4 years.

The public procurement is open until September 17th, 2010 to 16.00.

All the documents are available on the following web platform http://achat.regionpaca.fr.

For the non French organisms, to fill 00000000 (eight zero) instead of the SIREN number.

The terms of reference and the Capitalisation Plan (in annex of this advertisement) are available in French and English languages. On the other hand, all the other administrative documents are available only in French language.

The offers must be submitted compulsorily in French language for the totality of the elements as well as in English language concerning the technical report (memorandum) of the offer.
